Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have up to 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition as when you received them—unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can assess the problem and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized items, and personal care products (such as beauty items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out to us.

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original one. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide justification. Items must still meet the standard return conditions: unused, unworn, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
